How should I package my laundry for my first pick up if I don't have the BRUIN WASH bag yet?
You can fill up (up to two) 13 gallon trash bags for your first order.

How do I get my official BRUIN WASH laundry bag?
After your first order, we will return your laundry to you in your BRUIN WASH bag that you must then use for every order going forward. After your first order, your laundry MUST be placed in your BRUIN WASH bag in order to be picked up.

Can I request multiple BRUIN WASH bags if needed?
Yes, you can. Each bag has a $35 flat rate fee. If you use more than one bag, you'll be charged $35 for each bag.

How big will my BRUIN WASH bag be when I get it?
The BRUIN WASH bag is the size of approximately 2 standard kitchen trashbags.

Will I receive reminders about my pick up and delivery?
Yes, you'll get text reminders the day before your pick up.

Pickup and delivery is FREE for UCLA students that use our $35 BRUIN WASH bag. No added fees like UBER or Grubhub!
